Let me first start with NBM staff's communications, it's second to none. She was always available. Her assistant Brandon Tietz was amazing. He became like a family member that was waiting for us. Very responsive and cordial. Never seen anyone like him in another Airbnb that we had rented. Now let me tell you about the place. Without a doubt is the best place in Sosua. The pictures don't do any justice. We really felt VIP. The place is squeaky clean, when we got there I walked around the apartment with my white socks on and they were still white when I checked them out. You will get a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a private beach to your right and the most amazing ocean view. I can't wait to go back and rent this place. Every single employee of the complex were nice, from the security guards to Manuel. Manuel is the man that you see doing all the works in the complex, from cleaning the swimming pool, cutting the grass, painting and cleaning the stairs. 100% recommended. A+

Los Balcones is in a terrific location with easy access to both Playa Alicia, Playa Sosua, Supermercado Playero, ATMs and many different restaurants. We had a long-term stay in unit F1 which was very quiet. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and would be ideally suited for two couples or a family. We encountered a couple of issues with ants but the NBM team dealt with the problems immediately and to our satisfaction. The weekly cleaning down by Carmen was excellent and she was very helpful with the ant situation. The grounds and pool are well maintained by Manuel and he was always willing to lend a helping hand. We felt very safe as there are security folks on site 24/7. The internet connection was spotty at times. Also, the hot water and pressure in the ensuite bathroom was not great but that may be me comparing it to the Canadian standards I am use to. I would highly recommend booking a place in Los Balcones with Trisha.

NBM was a FANTASTIC host. Any concern (there are always small challenges that come up when you live in tropical conditions) that was presented to them was resolved promptly. The location of Los Balcones is ideal given the access to both beaches (Playa Alicia & Sosua) as well as it’s location in El Batey. Restaurants and groceries are an easy walk from Calle La Puntilla. The condo is as described and was comfortable. The groundskeeper, Manuel, is a delight and works hard to keep things looking beautiful. Ecidro takes care of security and access. Carmen cleaned our unit each week and kept it spotless.

We loved staying at this apartment. The location is nice and tranquil. There are restaurants near by. The beach is beautiful. Everything is cleaned and well taken care of. One of the best places we have stayed in sosua and we have stayed at many places. Highly recommend!

Scott and I had an awesome time at this ‘home away’. The condo is spacious, well stocked and very clean. Wendy, the Property Manager was fabulous to work with. Her communication skills, kind demeanour and quick responses to messaging made our experience even better. This two bedroom condo is exactly as posted, with comfy queen beds and a specular view. We would recommend this rental and would definitely rent again when seeking a 2 bedroom condo. Scott and Jo
