The agent was very thoughtful and well. The maintenance could be better around the TV and remote control. It was confusing to use. The internet was weak in the bedroom, but good everywhere else. Where the property was located was exceptional.

The apartment is very well equipped for cooking, comfortable bed with replacement sheet available. The balcony is the room we spent the most time in. It is always in the shade, private with a view of the sea and the pool, we had all our meals there and spent all our evenings there. The only problem with the apartment is the hot water, no hot water in the kitchen and bathrooms sink, a little better in the shower! Carmen our cleaner was exceptionally efficient and smiling! The grounds and pool are very well maintained!! I highly recommend it!

4th time at Los Balcones. Truly a special place. Excellent staff. Direct access to semi-private beach. Excellent communication with Wendy and Trisha. We already have our reservations for next year. Warren

This was my second time staying at NBM's place and still amazing. I really don’t know why people don’t leave reviews, since I was the last review a year ago, and I know there has been other people staying there, maybe they don’t want you to know what a great place this is. I noticed some places being rented, but some of those are fake accounts, be really careful. We were told by one of the owner that her place is not for rent, but it is on Airbnb for rent. You can trust Trisha, she’s legit. I trust and recommend her 100%. Her response is second to none.

excellent location, with direct entrance to Playa Alicia better impossible, the residential is very well maintained, the apartment is in excellent condition, everything very well, full equipped, wifi, kitchen accessories, air conditioning in all the rooms and living room, balcony with beautiful views, 100% recommended, wendy and faustino the guard were always aware of our stay, of course that I would return to this place!!!
