⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great location and Great Stay. Shout out to Joseph, who made our trip very easy and handled our every need.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Gateman Josef is the best. We were offered professional chef for much expensive fee but we found out that our GM can cook as well. Josef took really good care of us. The house is amazing and the view is to die for. All the guys really enjoyed staying at the house. The wifi is not that strong but we managed. We all left with mosquitoe bites and wished the house and compound could have been treated daily. But it's not a negative. Also the house could use a bit of an update, but again it's not a negative. The whole experience is still a five star for us. We will definitely recommend this place and come back to stay here again. Sad the trip is over already 😪.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Las Terrezas is a beautiful, beachfront property. Communication with the host was excellent throughout my stay. I was met at the entrance and the host walked me through the unit, providing details of it's features. There were no bugs. The water for showers was warm. The bed was very comfortable. There were several extra towels provided. The Air-conditioning worked well when I used it. didn't need the Air-conditioning much because there was always a cool breeze (I stayed in March), so I opened the doors or the casement that had mesh screens to keep bugs out. The balcony faces north, so you get shade almost the whole day (I've stayed in a west facing oceanfront unit here and the sun makes it too hot to sit outside in the afternoons, despite the beautiful view). I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this unit.
